The staff's willingness to help our family navigate the city, including clear directions via WhatsApp, significantly eased our transition. Although breakfast was not included, the hotel provided complimentary cakes and coffee each morning, which my family appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop dining area, where we could relax and plan our day while enjoying the view. The room was clean and functional, ideal for a family needing a base to explore from. Luggage storage on our last day was another great feature, allowing us to maximize our sightseeing time. Monti First caters wonderfully to families with its friendly staff, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities, ensuring a pleasant experience in Rome.
